Hello All,
I was just wondering where the Easter Bunny came from? Who made him? What did God think of that?
I wonder if God was disappointed in us, because we put a worldly association to the day that his Son rose for us. Humans seem to be quite good at changing things for the worse.
I wonder if God was sad that his Son's day, was turned into a day when you eat candy and deviled eggs.
Sometimes it bothers me enough for me to not want to take part in it, and I wonder if it bothers God. I bet it does.
So today, I'll do my best to focus on God, rather than my Easter basket that it sitting downstairs on the coffee table in the middle of the living room.
Lord! Forgive us. We know not what we do.
